In the beginning it was a big challenge to get along with the multitude of new tools. First of all, we had to learn how to use the new tools and which ones worked best. However, the challenges could be solved well by tips from colleagues and their help, and so new team members usually got along with the tools quickly.

Another example of a challenge for our team was to correctly estimate time and resources in a project, because often there can be problems that create time problems. But with the help of the necessary motivation, this problem could also be put aside and the project could be completed successfully.

  What our team particularly appreciates about working in the home office:

1. There is no need to drive to the office, so you can sleep longer in the morning or do some things at home before work
2. Comfortable clothing
3. The time can be divided flexibly, which is a great advantage especially for team members with children
   - Eat at home, this saves money and gives you the chance to cook more yourself
4. last but not least a funny situation from the career of one of our team members:
   A colleague in another company always accidentally hung up instead of answering the phone.
