  1. communication
Communication is one of the most important aspects of a project. In order to work together effectively, the team, the customers and all stakeholders need to communicate constantly. Communication helps to solve problems and keeps all team members informed. Listening is another important aspect of communication, because the concerns and needs of the team must be heard and understood.
  2. organization
The project manager has to take care of many things, such as tasks, processes, costing and much more. To do these things successfully, a certain amount of organization is required. For this purpose it is important to work in a structured way in individual phases and to have a project plan.
  3. flexibility
When working agile, flexibility is one of the most important basics. The project manager has to react flexibly to the individual team members and their goals and competencies. His goal is to create a working environment in which each team can work as flexibly as possible.
  4. time management
It is important to allocate and use time effectively. It is crucial to allocate the budget, time and scope of the project in a sensible way and to distribute your own time and that of the team in such a way that it can be used most effectively. In order to establish clear rules for the team, a specific time for tasks can be defined with the team (Timeboxing). Then the time can be tracked and difficulties can be detected.
  5. quality control
Quality management is an important part of the project. Tasks that do not lead to the goal and unnecessarily complicate the project must be identified and discarded. For each step, a goal should be set against which the purpose of the task can be measured. Furthermore, the steps and tasks should be understandable for everyone in the team so that the team can understand and follow the tasks.
