Why is communication important?

Lack of communication
The lack of communication in a project is the inability of those responsible to communicate.
There are three factors that are important for a project to be completed successfully, the clear project mission, a good project manager and management support. If the levels do not communicate with each other it can be a factor that hinders success.
3 tips for communication in the project team
1. plan communication
In order to plan communication, all stakeholders must first be analyzed. It is important to know the goals and objectives of the people, because this can be used to measure whether the project success is actively or passively supported and thus contributed to.
2. communicate clearly
Irritations and uncertainties should be avoided. Messages are often filled with too many technical terms that are not comprehensible to everyone involved. Remaining objective and not stirring up fears helps here.
3. use the right communication channels
The best channels to use are those that are available or commonly in use. This includes, for example, the project website, presentations, video conferences, etc., there are countless possibilities. However, care should be taken to ensure that there is an opportunity for feedback to check that what is being said is being properly understood.
