The goal of a software developer and the development team is to offer the customer the greatest possible benefit. The principles of agile software development were created to help teams to focus on their goals using simple techniques.
Background
The theoretical basis for agile software development was created by the computer scientist Kent Beck and his team in 1999. In 2001 the “Agile Manifesto” was formulated, it contains the principles of agile software development.
