AGILE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
What is agile project management?
Agile project management is the approach of a project team to decide on the quality, scope, cost and time to create a product. It is about working particularly flexible and dynamic. The difference to classical project management is that the final state is not defined in detail at the beginning of the project, but a usable product increment is delivered. More about the differences can be found on our blog post waterfall vs agile.
