In contrast to classical teams, agile teams have self-organized teams. This means that decisions are made by the team.
An important cornerstone of self-organized teams is trust. Many managers who have previously worked as classical leaders have to rethink their approach. By rethinking, the entire knowledge of all team members can be collected and the involvement is strengthened.
